In this section we ask about family violence.

Family violence is when someone close to you hurts you.

This could be:

• your boyfriend or girlfriend
• your husband or wife
• a member of your family
• someone who takes care of you
• someone you live with.

We also ask about sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is when someone:

• makes sexual comments about you
• behaves in a sexual way towards you.

And we ask about sexual assault.

Sexual assault is when someone:

• makes you do sexual things you don’t want to do
• touches you in a sexual way that you don’t want them to do.
